Description of the contract:
The Trust requires a Domestic/Cleaning Service to the specified location. This must maintain a high quality,
cost effective, efficient and responsive service. The service provider must provide the service in accordance
with the B1 Trust Headquarters and
Miller St Centre Cleaning Specification (to be provided at ITT stage) and to perform the tasks at the required
frequencies as detailed in the Task and Frequency schedules (to be provided at ITT stage). The Access times
for B1 Trust Headquarters are Monday
to Thursday 07.30am until 07.00pm and Friday 07.30am until 5.30pm. The Access times for Miller St are
Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm.

box. 3. Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ Details', you can choose to 'Create
Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the `Messages?
function to communicate with the buyer and seek
any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ
