all depend how well the work is priced. i used to sub work at 60/40 but that work is priced as well as it can be.

subbed out to my mate so his supplying but it should change middle of june when i finish my other comitments

2g a month + all gear for 6g? Sounds surprisingly fishy to me unless he's has enough, wants getting rid fast. God I would have taken a 6g loan out instantly and started looking for a flat in the area !

but prices down this way seem around that mark when being sold on there was one a few weeks ago same area 1200 a month went for 2 grand
its usually the old boys retiring and down know the true worth of their business and are just happy to see some one look after the customer base which they have built up over the years

not really got some good contacts down here who ive done business with over the years and a mates dad is a local windy whos been at if for years he knows everyone in the game
