Dazmond, I had  cancellations because of the weather, how do you deal with people who cancel, or you just carry on and leave a reciept?

why would you continue cleaning when they have cancelled you

bart i occasionally have the odd customer who doesnt want them doing in the rain.i just skip them until im next round and move on to my next customer.

if you have say 1 or 2 customers who dont want them cleaned you ve still cleaned 90% of customers windows that day so a good wedge of money earned rather than sat at home.

WFP does make it easier to work in the rain and doesnt affect the finish of the windows.my customers know this now.

You will have to educate them that you do things differently to the last bloke. Offer to do them in the rain and offer to collect the payment when it's dry and together you can check the results. People don't like it but most will support you, you need to make your living.

Educate your customers about pingit over the next month and youll never need to collect again,ok not everyone has a smartphone or even a current account but they will know someone who has and all they need to do is give that person the money and they will send it to you.Ive been waiting fro this for months now but it was only open to barclay customers.
