Hi guys, I'm running low on my powerburst now and need to get some more prespray I'm thinking of giving either  shockwave  or spm a go. I've got 3 nightclubs, 2 Indian resturants and a couple of filthy EOT to do next week. Can you guys give me your honest opinion as to what come close to powerburst

Shockwave seems to be as good as PB in most, but not all  applications and is a lot more economical. SPM is a great Pre-spray too, but not as effective as SW or PB on very dirty carpets.

Buy both and try them out!  You won't be disappointed with either, they're definitely not chems that'll get chucked in the back of the shed and never used.  SPM is your everyday stuff, shockwave for the real mingers.  I used shockwave on an Indian restaurant carpet that I've cleaned about 12 times previously... it out-performed powerburst.

I would still keep powerburst as a fall-back, just for peace of mind if nothing else.

Thanks guys, gonna get both spm and shockwave. I have use champion before but don't like it, had complaints about the smell before. Does spm work well on most domestic carpets and upholstery. I've been using pure clean with great success, wondering if spm will work well as well.

I bought some champion, took the top off it and it smells exactly like toilet cleaner.  Not putting that anywhere near my customers' carpets!  It's the next reject chemical in line to be used for cleaning my van, soon as I've used up the container of 'comet' made by clover!

Be careful using Champion on your van, years ago I used it to clean some car parts and left them to soak, it near on ate through them. I've said before it smells the same as the chemical in the Jet Wash systems at garages and also TFL that is used by car sprayers. Don't use it neat

champion is an excellent chemical its one of craftex best sellers, in a ready to use dilution It does not have a really noticeable smell, its a high  Ph cleaner so its for really bad carpets.

I've had 25lts for the last 2 years as i only use it when needed

Good point Mike I had dismissed Chemspec Liquid High Heat after a sniff of the bottle. I have since used it on site and there is no noticeable smell at the proper dilution.
