NWC Updates?
« on: April 11, 2012, 09:57:35 pm »
Not heard much from people that have invested in NWC as of yet. Would be interested to hear the results, the areas and how many areas you have in order to get that response etc.

Thanks

I have two commercial areas in Shropshire.  Had two enquiries so far, one for medium office building have quoted and await decision and one for domestic got at £14 four weekly so this almost covers my fee.  The office block enquiry I would not have got without NWC, the domestic possibly as I rank quite high for that area.

Can I just ask why you think you wouldnt have got the enquiry if you rank highly on google?

i think you will find most people seem happy to get enough work to cover there costs .in other words they are working for nowt . there cwill be 1 or 2 who it is paying well for .but most could probably pick up that amount of work without the costs

Thanks for sharing, seems as though it is at least paying for it self for a few people so got to be worth a shot.

had an email from them stating the charges are changing from monthly to yearly fee - haven't joined so i don't know
if this effects new people joining or existing subscribers -

the yearly fee looked to be a lot cheaper than monthly - when i typed in a few post codes everything was available..

£120 + VAT for 1 area
£180 + VAT for 2 areas

upto  £300 + VAT for 5 areas  ( which IMO would be the one worth doing )

had it for the trial period , and got 1 enquiry for a small one off , though i am ranked highly for that area anyway , wont be paying for the year as i pay an seo guy monthly for my position and is a better investment ,

Dean - you would say that though as you are in the "circle of trust" ;)
