Monthly average value is about £3000, hard to say exact figures as still getting new clients from recommendation, one-off cleanings, and extras. 165 clients, average is £ 17/house spread between £6 and £90. Work can be done in 15 days with 1man and 400litres daily. Some are well priced than others but still can make £200-£250 per day. Working on 4 6 8 12weeks basis, mostly 4 and 6. All done by WFP. Almost all payment done immediately by cash (66%), cheque (26%) or bank transfer (7%) others sending a cheque, no bad payers. All work is in Leatherhead and surrounding areas such as Cobham, Oxshot, Bookham, Ashtead therefore very compact. Established for a year
Can come with an S reg Ford Escort van (MOT’d, taxed, manual, petrol, recently maintained), trolley, jerry cans (normally I carry 400litres), 3section fiberglass pole, telescopic ladder, Zarges combination ladder 3section 3metres each opens up to 8,5m, traditional equipments, website with multiple domain names. I got uniform as well if you want to keep the name.
Reason of selling is moving abroad.
Handover: After 50% deposit, we will work together for a month or slightly more if necessary while we split the takings. I will introduce you personally if possible, if not then leave a notice. Then the other 50% is due and we are both happy :)
