drips from first floor down to ground, then up to dormers whilst first is dripping (dormers cant drip down as they are set back)
down to ground less time, really you guys did'nt know this ?

I answered it, please let me know if you want me to explain more mate and I will later.

I clean first floor first, then second, then down to ground floor on this type of building, I thought it would be obvious why, and that is because the dormer windows are set back and cannot drip onto the windows below.

I was not slatings Lee's video as I think it is very good, I put its a shame about a couple of things in it ,  more so as anyone on here watching it on here may think thats the best way to clean windows on this type of property when it's not.

I did like the way he choose to ignor my post, then I guess he does not need to say he gets what I mean, now I have pointed it out.

Hope that helps

Ian

knock and start straight away tops first, then front door (after they have opened it of course), then go to back tops then doors bottoms then round to front bottoms knock as your doing the last one, saves time  ;)

Why knock twice?
because if you have customers like mine, you knock to let them know your about, they open the door and say hi (if they paid there and then no need to knock twice) but a lot of the time we knock they open the door and say hi they go get the cheque ready whilst we clean, this saves time waiting for them to then find thier cheque book, then again a lot of the time they open the door the second time only so say hold on will just go and find the cheque book (rolling eyes)  (this is why I love online banking, this saves even more time :) )

Hi window washer,
I get your point now, the confusion was mainly for a two storey ( So if third storey i do the same as you quoted )
