Did a job yesterday and the customer couldn't believe the difference between getting it done with a TM and when someone showed up with a what she described as a backpack, apparently the carpet cdidn't look any better for her £100, almost as bad as the time before when the guy showed up with a VAX.
This isn't the first time I've heard this, anyone know anything about these things.

Probably some dickhead with a backpack vacuum trying to fool people into thinking it was carpet cleaning. Customer did say it looked no better when he left, but still charged her £100
