had a right backlog of voicemails as can never be bothered listening to them as most calls come thru office number however tonite i had a voicemail dating back to march 12th from a guys asking if id be interested in 83 corals!!!!!

you should employ the guy out of "some mothers do ave em!"richy he ll sort your business out.he ll do all the cleaning of the windows,collecting,even do your tax returns for you.

while you can relax with the family and maybe take a trip to that car showroom and have another look at buying that porsche!

ive heard he s really competent at most things he takes his hand to.all for £18,000 a year!!

i also heard he s a good listener so he ll have no problem with your mountain of voicemails you get every week of people desperate for your services!

i think his names "crawford" or something like that.

In that stack of voicemails you would have had one from me about the cladding cleaning on the seven units, I asked you for more info, how long you thought, what was in the way, how much glass compared to cladding???

You never came back to me so  I left it - if you can't be bothered then neither can I.

You were the only one that saw the job and had a look round it!!!

If you are going to throw opportunity away don't involve me. I am far too busy to mess around.

This week - full week in Torquay, work in Gloucester and two lads for two days in Darlington, ongoing works at Southport, work starting at Slough and Southampton, with future works at all of the above.

Richy I like you and you do show some business sense - god knows how you get the work that comes in but you do, the website is a good window and you should be full to bursting but you are incapable of running it properly.

Richy you sound like a nice guy but you have issues, their must be a reason you don't check you voice mail messages  my money is on the fact your in debt and you keep on getting debt collector calls.

Get don't get rid of you employee just yet try working with him for a few weeks it might be good for you both.

The Sainsbury's at Darlington has just had a top deck car park put onto it and this and some of the underneath car park pressure washed and I think they finished off across the front of the store. It is CSCS card stuff and will be one off works.

We will be back up there I suspect and it is my intention to get up to the site at the early part of next week.

I absolutely love it. Gives me a real buzz. I see most of the country and meet people and contracts managers that are so easy to please because they have never really received my level of service.

It is hard to be away from home and this has started much earlier this year but the financial reward is there and someone has to do it.

You get around as much as me so you know the score. Do you enjoy it?

I will explain

Work at Torquay was to clean all high level guttering & clear out, pressure wash feature brickwork to all elevations and then wash the walls down.

All the above happened but I then hand cleaned all of the guttering so it looked like new and saved the client the cost of repainting.

Gloucester - client allows for two days for cladding cleaning - I clean it in five hours!! - prepped for repainting.

You know what it's about, keep doing it well enough for long enough and the work has to come at you. I don't employ as you do but there is something really addictive about changing the way people think about aspects of cleaning by giving a better service than they have received in the past. I am probably more addicted to that feeling than any other part of it.

For me it is addictive and I just want more and more (something to do with my childhood there!!!!)

Gav - if I wasn't going up there I could use you as my eyes and ears
