Why am I suddenly a newbie??

I've been here years, and had over 3000 posts,... now I'm suddenly a newbie again with 5 posts?

I've not been naughty,.. no ban or e-mail from admin,...  :'( :'( :'(

I haven't a clue, but if you want advice on how to use a squeegy, go to Youtube and do a search there.  There's loads of clips, some pretty decent, of people demonstrating the correct use of the tool.

I personally don't think anyone is a decent window cleaner unless they can use a squeegy, but that's only my opinion.

Best place to start is get a TDS meter and test your water and get back to us then we can discuss where to go from there.
