Well done mate, Ive lost a few but gained a few, so no change, I think once I get the new unger legend pole, that'll help, as it will look so good. People will want me to clean their windows, so they can view the pole.

Customers could give a dam about your pole.

Plenty coming in at the moment, i haven't canvassed or put leaflets out for months (which is nice!).

I'm getting all my work through recommendations, website, and being seen working :)

I think once you get to a couple of hundred custys ya laughing in this game, seems to have a snowball effect, once you get rolling you just get bigger and bigger! :D

Insane number of calls coming in.  Five new custys today alone (fairly typical recently) with no advertising out.  Desperately seeking franchisee or the round will pop.

Ditto-little effort on our part but we blew our target of 80 new customers weeks and weeks ago plus just landed a nice £700 driveway job out the blue today
I love window cleaning, best business decision I ever made 8)
Good luck to every one struggling with all your new customers

I am picking up a good number of new customers at the moment from the best advertising method of all; good old word of mouth recommendation.

Since January I have picked up around 75 new accounts. I am now very close to reaching the point where I won't need to canvass any more.  :)
