Len - It is just ridiculous - wtf do they think they are doing? - I actually cannot be bothered now to go looking thru that section (and I suspect many others feel the same way)  -  it is just a perfect example of how to take a perfectly useful section and knock it on the head by making it confusing to look at and they did this by not thinking out properly how they were are changing it - OK have a go at commercialising it and try to find some sort of revenue stream but I doubt it will produce any sort of revenue that will pay for the cost of administering the new system - sorry CIU but this is a joke... like I say you have shot yourself in the foot - in fact both feet are blackened and bleeding...
