« on: March 29, 2012, 08:04:53 pm »
Ok looking at adding WFP to my business... So given my budget what system etc.. equipment would you suggest if it was your money and why..

Is it achievable on this budget or can i do it cheaper or is the budget un realistic..

I have a fiat scudo

this budget doesnt include marketting and training,,, its for system set up only..

Honesty as ever appreciated

I would choose this............
http://www.thecleaningwarehouse.co.uk/ro-waterfed-pole-kit-1302-p.asp

All you'd need to add to that is a proper tank fitting, and they could probably do that within your budget.
Why?    It's everything you need to get going and do what you asked.

hi

yeah sorry not ignoring replies and thats great so far .. thnaks

yeah ive seen i graph which would indicate that i live in a hard water area ( although i havent checked exact reading) so from (if ive read up right) would that mean i need RO?.....

Thinking of WFP for all windows but wont rule out trad at ground level if thats the better way / quicker

mikecam .. ta for the link ive seen that .. ive looked at trolleys.. possibly van mounting a trolley... ???

Thanks again

Don't make an assumption of your Tds, your going to need one anyway to test the pure your producing so get a meter ASAP.

ok ive decided its a 50 ltr trolley system .... that can be run from the van and give me the fexibility to detach and go mobile...

Have i made the right choice ???

My head tells me this will best to get me going and off and running...

I think it's more or a personal preference whether you get a van mount or trolley set up!
If your round consists of a alot of houses where parking is a problem and access is minimal then trolley might the way to go, but if you have a fair few larger stand alone accounts then van mount might be the way to go...
It seems that quite a few people on here start with trolleys then upgrade to a van mount at a later date, but again it all depends on the lay out of your round etc  :)

The trolley and barrels are going to take up a lot more space than a neat tank. You don`t want to be tugging a 50 litre trolley around on gravel/uneven ground. In fact you don`t want to be tugging one around full stop.
