Oven Cleaning Sub-Contracting
« on: January 08, 2006, 06:53:58 pm »
I set up an oven cleaning business in April 2005 which I ran on a part time basis, quite successfully, until November. Following redundacy I am now trying to run it full time. I received my training and bought my equipment from a very well established and very successful oven cleaning company based in Surrey. I am based in Winchester, Hants and will be offering my services in Hampshire, East / South Wiltshire and the New Forest. I would like to offer my oven cleaning services to any cleaning companies in these areas who may wish to sub-contract out this part of your business.
The name is Ovenglo www.ovenglo.com
Telephone 01962 621579
Also if anyone could give me any advice on dry steam cleaners I would be grateful. I'm currently using the tank in the van method for items that can be removed and good old elbow grease (scraper) with non caustic cleaner in the oven. I'm trying to find out if a steam cleaner might be beneficial along with my current method.
Any advice appreciated as I'm a newcomer.
Many Thanks, Darrell

As far as I know steam cleaner is useless for the oven cleaning.

Hi Darrel,
Looking at your website you have single ovens costing more than double ovens?
I know my prices are more expensive for a double than a single but you may work your system differently?

Hi Tom
Thanks for that. It is en error as the site has just been updated. Doubles are definitely more than singles! I'd better get it rectified.
Thanks again, Darrell
