£50000 how would you spend it ?

If you had 50K to invest in your window cleaning business how would you spend it ?

2k into a bit of equipement and 48k on a villa in Thailand......

Think I would struggle to invest a full £50k.

The things I would invest in / upgrade though are:-

Website -  ~£3k - top of google for all the areas I'd like, not just my local town.
Equipment - ~£5k - 2 full sets of gardiners poles (including the 61ft supermax im probably going to have to buy soon)
Van - ~£12k - mines got 103k on the clock so it's going to need upgrading sooner or later.
Marketing - £10k - Would probably invest in an experienced telemarketer to chase more commercial work.

Apart from that I'm struggling. I'm happy with everything like my system, uniform etc.

I would not have a partner in my business sleeping or not.

When the money coming in slows down the sleeping partner will wake up  ;) ;)

I thought you posted this as a bit of fun as if you found the money. I wouldn't invest it if it was a loan.

Im happy to keep growing my business organically rather than take on large amounts of debt / stress overnight to achieve my goals. :)

You've got to be insane to accept 50k off someone for a piece of your set up. All you can do with it is buy more work and employ staff, which means either head ache or you could do it yourself anyway without giving away a stake of what you've built up.

How much would it represent, sharewise?
