cream with multi coloured squares, it is hand made. would hot water extraction with M Power do the job. It is badly stained with tea and juice.

Jane,no offence, but to ask a question like this, then looking at
Your web site,it gives the impression that you are an experienced
Cleaner.
It`s the type of question a `newby`would ask just coming into
Carpet cleaning.
Could you clarify the position/ situation thanks.

Jane if it looks expensive rule to thumb is it could be more problematic when cleaning, why not off load it to another cleaner ask if you strike a deal with % off and as you get more experience then you make a few quid and learn at the same time.

Hi jane  its going to be hard with this to get total customer satisfaction if it is  stained with tea and juice as thats obviously why they have called you in to clean it .. if it wasnt so heavilly stained it might be a bit more straight forward but as it is if you dont have the right chemicals or training to clean these types of stains i would probably pass on it  :)

Well done, Jane. Take no notice of the window cleaner, you were brave enough to ask the question which is what this forum is for.
