Have you tested the fibre and how well they are fitted?

haven't tested yet but they are filled well.. I think the main problem is that its a really busy gym and ive noticed the cleaners use a really crap vacuum cleaner. I need to buy a bonnet cleaner and pads for the job i 'think'.

I like encap but thought id post on here to see what more experienced cleaners would do re products or other methods!?

Body fat and hydraulic oil will be the main soil types.

I would use an encap product for this and whack the aircon to full to dry it out quick.

What about the scuffs from the rubber coating on the weight plates?

Depending on fibre type they may be scorch marks. Best get a magnifier to check.

Do some research 1st ie you dont want a heavy lay of any kind solvent on oil spots etc as most good quality 50 x 50 are bitch backed .

give the tile a right good dry scrub post vac pre hwe and you will get a better result period  ::)
