window cleaning

hi im just setting up a window cleaning business in birmingham im going to use a reach and wash system,the start date is next week .im going to start from my front door as in area coverage.i havnt got one customer and its a new venture for me have any one got any tips to make this business work for me.

Keep busy, be disciplined, don't get disheartened easily and read lots of back posts.

get some leaflets and do a combination of leaflets and canvassing, aim for five new customers a night from door knocking, learn all you can about water fed pole window cleaning (reach and wash is a trademark of ionics) learn about ro systems and di vessels, watch all the vids you can adders do cool vids on youtube especially the one called problem windows.
