 Personally i would never give a quote without viewing,i find when i get to a customers house,measure up,give a price and explain exactly what i'm going to do for the money i'm charging,they are only too happy to employ my services.Without doubt if i had quoted  prices over the phone or online i'd be getting the 'i'll call you back' line. :

I do quite a lot of static caravans with fixed seating, RVs etc. They tend to be easy to clean because the fabrics are chosen because they know they are going to be hit hard.

However if someone said to me quote without seeing straight of the bat I would be concerned there was a huge pile of pooh waiting for my wand when I arrived.

Cleaned one yesterday ,  £170   on a caravan park , easy to clean ,fabrics and carpets designed to wear and clean in most statics ,  2 hour job  and 3rd i done on the site in 3 weeks , i do have to travel half hr mind , a stair wand is the ideal tool for the carpets .

This is interesting. I was just about to start a new topic to ask those in the know what the 'commercial' rate is for static caravans, as I'm at mine at present and doing a few today for friends on site. BUT....
last night I was approached by the site manager wondering why I've got a transit parked right outside the caravan, cutting a long storey short she's asked me to call in today with a view to dealing with their site caravans so I was wondering what the acceptable rate is for these.
I know I'll be up against it because previously they have been getting site staff to do them with a RD.

£150 a caravan seems pretty fair start making reduction after 5 caravans or add services (if doing it for the site owner makes them feel special if their getting a discount that the caravan owners arent getting) so you can get to a good few while you are there. Btw got called today got another two for next week on that same site. But private owned

Think you are going to have to take your own view on it Neil based on how many there is to do guaranteed and how long you reckon each will take you. I clean carpets and go over upholstery then fog it. Takes less that hour and a half each.

The TM helps sell it because sometimes they are just starting up again and no water or mains.

One off caravans are a pain and we avoid but bulk cleaning van to van to van can be money for old rope, depending on the state of course.

Respectable holiday parks only  , not the, er, "camps" that Doncaster did make the headlines for some years ago at Black Bank    Thankfully gone now.
