you should have asked her what the problem was!!and gone back to rectify it.it could be drips from the top seals or that you ve just done a bad job of the windows.if its the  rubber seals you know to rinse a half inch from the  top frame in future.

the simple answer is if the windows have not been cleaned to a certain standard then you cant blame her if she d paid for them to be cleaned.

a decent tradder wont get the poop we need to deal with a tradder will also have a much higher stick rate.

in general people just love the idea of us risking our lifes and taking us 2-3x longer to clean they feel they are getting value for money even thou wfp is better, faster and safer...

however a tradder can not cover as much ground as we do if you wana make money you need to pole with more money comes more hassle like anything

You are never going to win them all. You have to accept that. Its a percentages game. You are out there to make money, as long as you are bringing home the cash thats all that matters. So what if they don't all like it? enough do and thats all you need.

as said you always get moaners and best to absolutely ignore their reasoning.

im trad and have had whiners & cancellers saying we were staring into their kitchen (a tip) ,another  bellowing angry that we cleaned in the rain , all sorts of nasty comments, some in writing too .  i will never reply to any of them  , if they do ring up later to ask where i am,oh my price has gone up a tad ,hang on a mo  ,no no no, its double + 5 .

In nearly 2 yrs of wfp cleaning I've only had 4  cancellations due to wfp.one guy said I would be rotting their wooden frames quicker, the other 3 didn't like them being left wet.

I've picked loads of work up by recommendation because of wfp.I've got the biggest job ever to price up today(large mansion)that I've ever cleaned.I've virtually ironed out most problems due to wfp.leaky perished rubber seals is the no 1 culprit for a bad clean.I'm just more careful with the final rinse.

I don't remember all those years ago when I was trad that customers were any less difficult. There are some tradders who seem to be promoting the myth that the sun always shines in their world and they pick up at least one customer a day from useless WFP window cleaners who don't do a good job.

To be honest I don't give a F-F- F-Fish finger. I get home and tip out my money. As long as its over £xyz thats it. Game over for another day.

Agree it's faster and safer but wouldn't agree it's better. Plusses and minus for both

Whats the hald inch trick?

I'm guessing it was a typo for half inch? as in rinse half inch from top of glass, perhaps?

it dont matter if a tradder picks up a wfp house , cos for every trad house he does we can do 2 or 3 sometimes, so we are always ahead .
