help needed please with structure
« on: March 08, 2012, 01:22:42 pm »
Hi all,
hope you can help, I have been back to work now after broken leg for a little bit but during that period things got really messy, all my work got done but my worker couldnt find some houses as very rural so the order got really messed up, we cover 15 miles in all directions and it used to be neat and organised and we would go to one area and get it all done in a day, now its all out of sync and we have to go back at different times, i dont know how to reorganise it.
The obvious thing to do would be to ask some people if they dont mind being done late but need the money a bit too much to delay too much, will start over with george but need ideas how to get started,
thanks in advance if you can help.

I would write a letter to all the customers explaining the situation, I would nto say cant afford.

Just that you broke you leg and tried as hard as you could to insure they still had their windows cleaned regular whilst you could not work.
you now are able to but unfortunately the schedule just a little out of sync meaning we where a little late on occasion which you are truly sorry for, I am sure you will be glad to know my leg is now a lot better and I am able to work again this being said as of april the first I will be putting back in place the correct schedule has you had before my accident, this may mean for the next clean you may be cleaned early or a little late but then we will be back to normal, I hope you understand.

best wishes

I would start back where you are due then tell custies why you are late or early most should be fine and happy that their windows will be cleaned regular. Posting letters etc will only cost money in time and fuel that could be better spent doing windows and getting round back on schedule. hope its not long till you are back up to speed.
