if you can't clean properly the conservatory roof because of difficult access, can i ask the customer to clean it from the bedroom above the conservatory?

I can't ask customer, but you certainly could. ;)

Joking aside, I had to do part of a conservatory roof from a bedroom window because of poor access. The customer was quite happy for me to do so.

Just remember to take your muddy trainers off before you go walking around on their carpets! ;)
