Do a search they dont have a good name on here you would be better with a magma from cleansmart or a mytee turbo good thing about the heat and run is it clips on to your machine.

I have had my heat and run for 2 years no problems with it, I keep it in its own foam lined case and certainly doesnt get chucked about.
The temperature is fair at the start of a clean as it warms up you get some good heat from it, if your after really hot then fill your solution tank with warm to hot water and it steams out. - Not that I have ever really needed that sort of heat.

We purchased our first one (Heat n run) around 2007, lasted around 2 mths developed a fault replaced by Prochem.. 2nd replacement also broke.. third time lucky !
Prochem blamed a bad batch in fairness, they replaced the faulty ones + gave us free chems  ;D

Third one still going strong !

Get your thermostats checked. We have had a few that have been faults stopping them from heating properly. It should be piping hot after abut 30 seconds.
