I or we/us.

Out of interest. If you are a sole trader, and want to build a website (or any form of marketing), what would or do you use? Would you be personal and use I or we/us.

I have no interest in taking on staff, even though the wife has worked together with me and hopefully will do so in future.

What do you personally feel would work best, or looks most professional? Perhaps even a combination of the two, a personal address by the owner of the business, and from there on use plural?

Would be interesting to see your responses.

Use "I"
Make it personal, use your name & a photo or 2 of yourself. Allow the potential customer to think they know you better than all the other faceless window cleaners who's websites they might has seen before.
