I don't find many jobs like this as it's lead guttering, if it was uPVC to empty and wash over a length like that doing the soffits and barge balls as well, I'd charge £25- £30 per side. Emptying say £15-£20 a side. Trouble is for emptying you spend more time setting up than emptying.
