I`ve used a WFP for 5 years now, today a customer said her white wall is being marked by the cleaning of the top windows.(still a happy customer, but made the comment)
has any one else noticed this, is there a solution

It won't mark any more than rain will,.. a lot less actually since it will prob rain a lot more often that you clean,..  :

if the windows you are cleaning are dirty, the water falling off the windows will be dirty and could then leave the dirt on her white wall.

the water itself isnt marking the wall, it will be the dirt coming off the window.  does it look like this is what is happening?

if its that you should just be able to give it a quick clean down.

i think it is the dirt from the window thats marking the wall.
it is cleaned regular (every 6 weeks) so i would not have thought that much dirt would fall down the wall

I have a house next to one of my custies and this house is very modern looking all white with grey framed double glazed windows.

Was thinking i don't know if i'd want to clean this one's windows as would be worried about marking the paintwork
