Just bought a 'new' second hand draper booster pump which has a pressure gauge and switch.
I've connected my hoses just like my old one and turned outside tap on - gauge shows psi of 35 - turn booster pump on, the pressure then rockets to 85 then pump turns itself off! Pressure then drops down, when it hits 35 pump kicks in again - and it just seems to stay on this cycle
Any guys know what I've done wrong, and how can I get the pump to stay on a constant pressure?
(I've tried turning the little pressure dial but it makes no difference !!
Cheers
