gluing clamps

whats the best glu to  sticking clamp back on the poles,,, grafter plus is doing my head in

Any type of epoxy resin such as Araldite will do the trick ;)

Wfp has been around for a while now,don't think its too much too ask for clamps that don't fall apart,especialy when paying several hundred sometimes for poles (not personaly,too much of a tightass)
Not fit for purpose comes to mind  :-\

i USE THE 2 PART EPOXY GLUE FOR STEEL BUT REMEMBER TO RUFFEN UP THE INSIDE OF THE CLAMP AND THE POLE,ITS VERY IMPORTANT.

No,not aimed at any specific company,just in general.
I seem to read lots of these topics about various clamps failing,or not stuck properly.

I find it mainly happens in or just after cold spells and/or when people have been over tightening clamps.

I've always maintained the same argument as you, but others seem to think its really good of a company to send you glue in the post when your clamps have come loose after only a months use. They even praise the company for its customer service!

Had a clamp go on a slx about 4 months ago, i stuck it with electrical tape, it only started coming loose today, so out comes the tape yet again.
Ive glued a few clamps back before, but just got fed up with it in the end,just gonna use the tape from now on
