just fitted new systam on van di bottle got small leak from top any ideas any one

Nope, I have the same leak. Tightened the lid so tight I don't think I will get it off!  :)

Put 2 or 3 wraps of ptfe tape on all connections

If it's leaking round the big thread - Put a bit of vaseline on the 'o' ring
