I have been carpet & upholstery cleaning for nine years, successfully. Could someone tell me where I can find the answers to the exam questions without having to attend a course. No companies are willing to help, even though I have been using their products. They all want me to attend their traing course. I have no problems with cleaning anything that comes along, I know what products to use on what fibres to remove whatever soiling, but may not rember the technicial details of everything from my initial training some years ago. i saw this question on clean talk and the advice i think would be the same take a course ![ no offense] your best bet is national flood school its amazing what you will pick up there pete
