Just bought the valve and seal kits for Monday fitting.
Start buying pumphead etc you might as well buy a new
pump.

a new pump head doesnt cost much more than the servicing kit ! its easier and quicker just to replace the head !

Seal replacement kits are around £40 as is the plunger kit.. A new pump head's anywhere north of £325....

I stand, corrected...... :)

It depends whether the pump seals are worn or the pistons are damaged with whatever you are putting through it. Some chemicals can play havoc on the finish of the pistons.
