risk assessment

looking to get on local council list to clean carpets & chairs but require to send in risk assessment, method statement, COSHH statement for chemicals which i am taking as the safety data sheet for chemicals to be used. does anyone have an example they could send me of what is required for the risk assessment and method statement i would appreciate any assistance that would help me get accepted on their list my email ( john@ncgcleaners.co.uk )

Think the risk assessment will vary depending on job, as would the COSHH sheets.

You can customise the risk assesment on the right of the page.

COSHH are specific to what you use, contact your supplier for MSDS.

Newlife have a range of method statements you can download for free. If you haven't got Adobe Acrobat editor you will need to print them and OCR scan them so you can edit them with your details in. Or type them out again.

The buffing one can easily be adapted to extraction cleaning if need be.
