I have been asked by our local vicar if I could clean the stained glass windows in the church. They are very old and very dirty, has anyone any experience of cleaning these??

yip done a couple had no problems just did outside found that a side to side motion worked better than up and down

I clean stained glass windows regularly, water fed pole hooked up to outside tap seems to do the trick.

I do a church once every two years or so in and out, and I have a few houses with old Victorian stained glass, as long as the putty is sound you will be ok, watch out for cracks they will leak

I clean a big church every 6 months.use a flocked soft brush and be careful as they can leak slightly.still no complaints and I get paid well for it!!9
