the screen on my z22 as gone blank except for the word "reset" on the bottom know no matter what i do it wont reset or switch of ? any ideas

on the back of pda bob there should be a very samll pin hole which is the re-set button,stick pin in it to reset it,

have you done that?

found it,in all honesty i could hardly see it,probably age and dim lighting
