« on: February 18, 2012, 12:39:58 pm »
after the years of wfp . there is still custys still asking questions like .where is the soap . i was doing a nursing home and just about finished when a care assistant popped open a window and said wheres the soap , i just said that using purified water soap is not needed when done on a reg basis. she didnt comprehend . she looked at me as if i was ripping the care home off .

If someone asks me that question I always explain that purified water is naturally agressive and acts in the same way a detergant would. I still get the same funny look but at least it shows them I know what I'm doing.

i told her that but she said water is water . i said that with all the stuff in normal water is taken out the water absorbs the dirt off the glass without the use of soap or chemicals i didnt explain it brilliantly tbh.  she didnt look impressed lol

Water is water, thats why we use tap water in car batteries.  ;D

I hate the way people need to tell their window clean how to work, never heard of anyone telling a brain surgeon how to do their job.

"Que?"

"The windows, they're still wet, are you not going to chamois them off?"

"Que?"

I've been doing an old boy's bungalow for about a year, maybe longer, with wfp.

This week, after I'd done his windows and was getting paid he looked at the ground and then at his windows and said it was extraordinary that it had rained, as his windows were wet, but the ground was still dry.

I've never had that said to me before.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

You could offer them the super snow foam total house clean lol

Look up snow foam on the detailingworld forum, use it for car valeting etc.  Offer them a total front clean with the jet wash  ;D

I've considered it for conny's but to be honest vitrisol is probably way better on it's own.  Still something I will try one day for a laugh, soak the conny with a snow foam and vitrisol mix.  Come back later and blast it  ;D

Ops now I've let out one of my top secret secrets  :'(

I always agree with the customer, and say I use a cleaning agent that does clean but without the bubbles that stains the glass.

They are happy after that.
