I may be going a bit mad but my connys I only charge between £5-£10  for them. I'm obviously way way under price but must admit I only use a hose and tap with my pole and brush but they come up fairly good. No wonder I get a lot of them l. Me thinks I need a re-think.

Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

paul if your only charging £5-£10 for a conny roof how long do they take you?IMO it takes an hour to clean a roof to a good standard including the conservatory outside gutters and windows.

so say £10 an hour with your "top" price.are you happy with that price? ;D ;D ;D ;D

i make sure my hourly rate is between £30-£50 an hour on roof cleans.
price higher/work harder!

conny roof prices vary.most can be cleaned to a good standard in 90 mins.that includes setting up and packing away.i use customers outside taps where i can if its a polycarbon roof.

£50 is my average price although i charge more if access is a problem and i need ladders.i often surprise myself and get them done in an hour these days if no ladders needed.

i use a 5l pressure sprayer with tfr or virosol mixed with water.spray on and then scrub and rinse with wfp.if you use the customers outside tap youll get a much more powerful jet of water from the brush thus cleaning them faster!!

carry some extension hose in ya van with hozelock connector on one end and a rectus female connector on the other to connect up to outside taps!i also use em for fascia/soffit cleaning where i can!

i include all outside gutters and windows on conservatories in with my roof price.
