I use the Airflex turbo had it over two years now, and am very happy with it, its an excellent machine that has been very reliable i have replaced just one vacuum and even changing that was easy because the vacs are easily accessible.
However do not under estimate the importance of the supplier as well, i originally brought a Ninja from Ashbys in Kent and it was a very expensive mistake the machine is ok at best but i lost any trust i had in the supplier who always found a way of screwing more money out of me, i never understood this philosophy, the "quick buck"
I sold that machine as soon as i could, deciding that they would get no more money out of me, when i got the Airflex i found Mat to be very different the after sales service is in my opinion, second to none, i recently replaced the pumphead myself and was talked through it as i did it by Frank the cleansmart engineer who was very patient. i have zero experience in this type of thing but that advice saved me a lot of money. I am looking into getting the Storm soon and using my Turbo as a backup machine, as it looks to be just as good and maybe even better than the Turbo, just make sure if you do choose this machine to get two inch hose as it increases the power even more, i never take my machine in customers house and run up to 100ft hose off it without any problem, makes life a lot easier leaving it outside. i also use an inline heater the Magma on really filthy carpets and that just blasts them with steam very useful.
