As long as they bank with barclays (at the moment) it is very simple for them to set it up.  It took me about 60 seconds to set it up on my phone to pay someone else, it took longer for the person recieving if they dont have the app installed.....but that will be you, so shouldnt be a problem!  For the customer to set up on their android phone if they bank with barclays is a piece of cake......even for your lady customers

i know the co-op bank are introducing it very soon.  generally all the other banks wait to see if theres any errors or teething problems.  once its seen to work all the banks adopt the idea
