What annoys me, is that anotheer of his custy's, I seen her cleaning her door. So I said -thats terrible, does your wc not clean your door- got chatting and I asked if he made a good job, she hesitated, and said I believe you do a good job, as I clean 2 of her neighbours.

I said, would you like a no obligation quote, but she refused. The moral being she knows her wc is crap, but for around a out same price, I would do a better job , but she wont change

Ryan - this will happen time and again and used to niggle ,but over time she will see what a good job your doing and as soon as the other guy starts missing a clean or puts his price up she will be asking you to clean her house as well  ;)

Same question still applies, why just because the frames are bad do you and countless others always assume its cleaned by a trad?

Also do you just park up and stare at other window cleaners when you see them just to find out if the are doing a decent job? You want to be careful, there are laws about stalking!
