Yes you can get it with just a plug on. To be honest if its much bigger than the three storeys you got it for i'd send it back to Gardiners and get a smaller one, its no good carrying that extra weight around if you don't need it. Just tell them the poles to big, i'm sure they'll change it for you. They do them in a range of sizes, i think they do a four foot one for downstairs windows, you might want to consider ordering this as the next size down from the one thats too big for you is the 22 FootCLX and thats definatley to big for ground floor windows. Maybe get two poles a 22 foot and a 4 foot? The 18 foot one is good for 1st floor windows too, just the right height.

only if you ordered the swivel goosensck  £14 from them   or yours should not move different direction,   they will come with basic straight one.

i disagree mike!!you certainly dont need a seperate pole for ground floor windows!it just wastes time!

i use a 25ft SLX for all my work from ground floor to 3 storey.very light and quick.no need for another pole!! ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

I ordered the plastic resi neck. Had to keep straightening brush. Is it the glue them thats causing this?

Hi Kevin

The brush should not need to keep being straightened - something must be amiss. Drop me an email on alex@agardiner.co.uk and we can discuss the details.

Drop me an email - the clamps should never need to 'keep' being re-glued.
