« on: February 10, 2012, 01:08:38 pm »
whent out first thing this morning everything frozen in van so i thought work of ladders then today so started and after about 5 flats one of the flats asks can you do them of ladder all the time as when done by pole there are drips so when i was cleaning her windows looked at how they were and they were fine even after two weeks,
why do they talk nonsence , and did i make a rod for my own back by doing of ladders just wanted to keep work up to date

why is she talking nonsense? i assume she just doesnt want wet windows ideally so asked if you would trad them all the time,by the sound of it she wasnt complaining about the how clean the windows are

and by using ladders you will get some that want that all the time, you will just have to say no your only using ladders as your system is frozen and make an excuse like your customers are phoning you asking why your late

its just like iv said before some people dont want there windows left wet

there really is no excuse for frozen systems in the van if you ve been wfp for a while landy!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

i would never go back to the ladders on my work after being wfp for nearly 2 years.i do trad some doors and ground floor windows but not the uppers.your making a rod for your own back IMO mate.not to mention the safety aspect.ice and ladders?sorry but i really dont understand your logic?

be prepared and make sure you have a heater in the van overnight and youll be fine.stop the ladder work asap.

best wishes

What like bacon? If you have seen them close up now, it could have been on the insides :)

it was on the insides but they always think it cant be what they have done
and yes realised what i was doing so put ladders back on van and called it a day

not been on ladders for a lot of windows since going wfp just odd ones i was nackerd after doing them that way and with it stating to snow freezing hands and loads of more flats  thought have a rest
