i dont wanna slate you richy but what i dont understand is why at your level of business that you deemed it neccesary to employ someone in the office with 750 custys

my friend came out of his job and hes very good at sales, i was struggling to keep up with paperwork, help cleaning etc because i had a baby on boxing day in 2010,we had just suffered my first break in so i brought chris to do commercial sales and basically run the business for me coz i was struggling due to her being unwell a lot due to a dairy intolerance and my missus needing a hand depressed after first break in, between may-oct things were going well,loadsa new work cumin in, first cleans takin ages, then complaints began coming in etc, started getting messed about with payments, then boom van system began breakin,sent it to get repaired for nearly two weeks, then got it bak and boom second break in.since then its gone down hill.
i know a lot on here slate me etc but i post honestly got no reason to lie, im entrepenurial and it sometimes gets in the way of me making logical business decisions, i find managing staff quite difficult im too laid back and iv found out the hard way.
il admit it now that employing my friend to manage the business has been a major mistake and its left me in the poo, hes not done many sales and drained a lot of money what i did have out the business and not really took the business forward that much from where it was.
but il turn it around give me two months i know what needs to be done,and some nice commercial in pipeline
