 finally got window cleaner pro back up and running finally gettin my activation code sent by brad, been using some software called roundpro which is a nightmare to run unless you have a PHd in quantum physics and degree in psychology what a bleeding nightmare it is takes up about 4 hours of ya day to do simple end of day work,taking payments etc talk about long in the tooth.


chris the lad who was managing the business was talked thru each process etc by the designer and then knocked me up a step by step process bfore he left how to do things.for me it was poorly designed its prob good system n the right profession but not for window cleaning.

does anyone else use it

WCP for me.

Does what it should, when it works ok. Support lets it down a little in my eyes, but couldn't be without it.

Would like to see what they bring out next, if they do of course after the hounds get their teeth into them on here.

I feel WCP has been great with my growing business, has most of the things I need, however, I just wish it could be developed and tweaked a little further to be the ultimate, but thats not going to happen now, so draw a line under it and move on.

Something that can text my customers, email direct via outlook, attach invoices etc to emails without saving to pc 1st, loads more i could think of given the inclination.

the support is the main reason i left  and went to there competitor if round pro are a competitor to them, after our break in they wouldnt get bk to me despite me saying it was urgent needing to reload all our database from old worksheets, hence it took us about 3-4 weeks to get approx 700 customers on to the system ready for lads to clean prob took us two weeks chasing window cleaner pro, deciding lets go somewhere else then inputting all work onto spreadsheet for roundpro to input onto system there end.

this has what has cost me dearly with the business in hindsight i shouldve signed up for the gold package but in business you try and penn pinch sometimes in the wrong areas i might add.

unfortunately we didnt back up our system and it left me in the dog poo!!

cant really fault wcp tho for its simplicity
