How long is yours? ::)
« on: February 07, 2012, 10:50:17 am »
Morning All!

Right as some might know, I am taking the jump into WFP I have nearly everything now, but have decided I am going to get a Gardiners CL-X Pole, but not sure which length to get. I do a couple of 3 storey houses at the moment but unsure of the exact height in measurements. So do I get the CL-X 22 or the CL-X 27. Too much choice.

Then next question, I love the Gardiner range so going to get a brush too. I think I am going to try the Super-Lite Brush Medium Mixed Dual Trim but what do others like?

Thanks in advance.

i have that brush,much better than the vikan ones i have cant compare to others i am afraid
i would go for the SLX35 and order a no 5 base cap with it and that will allow you remove the bottom two sections and use the pole like a slx25 and when required install the two other sections for the big or awkward ones.
i have just done mine took a minute to dismantle and reassemble

I have a SLX 35 with a super-lite brush. Extreme was ok but too slim and flimsy.

if you are on a budget get the clx 27 and take the end section off and use as a 22 until more height is needed otherwise as the other chaps have suggested slx and drop a section
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.

Yeah as its the start and haven't really done WFP before, I'm on a budget really. so CLX 27 it is I think.

Clx 27 will be fine you will only need 24 foot of that 27 foot and still got a good pole .Enjoy.

I use a clx 22 as my main brush everyday i have a slx 35 but hadly get it out unless i cant reach with clx 22 which isnt that often .so clx 27 should sort you out if you only want 1 pole.
