You may or may not be aware that Andrew Willis recently won a City & Guilds Medal of Excellence. The Medal of Excellence recognises the achievements of the learners and trainers in the UK and internationally who produce exceptional work, or overcome the odds to achieve their goals.

When you win one of these awards, you get put through for the City & Guilds People's Choice Award, and this is down to votes!

THIS IS WHERE YOU GUYS COME IN!

If you can, can you please head to the People's Choice Award Page

You can vote ONCE per 24 hours!

It only takes 2 clicks! So please help us out!

Well if he wins it will mean diddly squat really as people voting on facebook probably wont even know the bloke let alone the course.....
Ridiculous awards if voting is to be done online and you can vote more than once...just a free for all and i am sure any worthy winner wouldn't want to win in this manner.

He's is and is trying to change the industry to work safer, and get people trained to do so also to help people that are starting out do it correctly this in turn will help us all from getting a bad name, he does this and gets a load of flack for his efforts, the good thing is people are starting to change and this is down to this guy driving it forward why do you think some of the bigger companies have adopted this into thier business  as are the smaller ones doing the same, just because you poke fun at it, does not mean its not  changing it is good for our industry.

So you are telling me that if you post it up on facebook then all will have knowledge of the courses he particularly held and will know him well enough to vote for his teaching methods and achievements....do me a favour,i didn't just come off a banana boat.
As i said anyone who is up for winning an award would surely want to do it based on the merits of his achievements with those who he has taught or know him personally in that teaching capacity....not as a favour from facebook....lmfao  ;D

I would have thought it was obvious unless you have only made friends with people who have been on a course with the guy and even i believe you may have a wider freinds base than that, not by much though i imagine... ;D
