i am actually doing the opposite i have just sold 25% of the round so i can ease of a bit,at the time he was working for an agency but just as i sold the work he was finished off,just bad timing and i have my daughter working with me so i cant afford both she goes to uni in march but by then i want to be down to 4 days a week,so i can give him a day a week but it wont be enough for him hence the need to get him some work
