i chill out by excersing 3/4 times a week swimming,run 4/5days a week,and road bike and mountain bike on weekends.and other time is spent with the wife and the best chill is sunday afternoon on the settee cuddling are disabled son,we love that, and at this momment in time we got to go to hospital with him to tomorrow to see a surgeon,which is really streesfull.
Gym every day after work, then DJ at weekends.

sounds pretty good that sean . im looking for a decent cover band for a night do in july . but will carry on trawling the net .
