looking at getting a wagtail mainly for shops etc are they any good?also if they are good would it be easier to buy a selection of em for domestic work

Wagtails are fantastic. Definitely in my top 5 bits of "must have" window cleaning kit.

They're fast, light, easy to use, and BRILLIANT on the end of a pole for high internal work.

They're very good. A lot of people use them as a hand tool. I prefer ordinary method for hand work. For pole work they are excellent. Just get one and have a fiddle with it see what ya think, thery're not everyones cup of tea.

So much easier, faster, do a better job IMO too.

Get one with a pad on though (flipper etc) Personally, I don't see the point of two separate wagtails- squeegee & mop.

Rubbish, sold mine on e-bay after 3 weeks use. They just dont hold enough water.

Tho' they are good for high internals where you dont want splashin' around the shop, but thats about it IMO.

Bought 1 bout 6 months ago used it once and didd'nt like it so put it away. Found it last week and thought I'd give it another try and now getting used to it but still need some practace but I would def give it a go

I don't use wagtail's own pads, I make my own from Lidl floor mop pads. Half the price & 10 times better!

Yep, theres a nice little cottage industry for you, make em pads and sell em on well known internet sites, good little earner!

WAGTAIL  is fantastic, i find the 12 inch blue wagtail suits me best of all

Get a Wagtail and if you have an A ladder - sell it, you won't be using it any more.

The tool is only good as the operator so practice first to master the technic 

They are a good and quick to do most of your work with, but some people will differ as they aren't for everyone's liking, this is why there is different tools to suit all types of people.
