Guess this happens to you all too, but so often im cleaning a window, or doing something, and you can see the risk of knocking something off, or breaking something, and think to yourself: Id better move that....no on second thoughts it will be ok!!  And within 2 seconds you wish you'd listened to yourself and moved it!

Happens with flowers particularly, hose hooked around it, i think to myself if i give it a quick flick it will lift up over it and be fine......2 seconds later you have flowers beheaded all around you :o :-[

This time was giving a conservatory a good scrub, and saw their grandkids little T pot hanging on a nail beside it.....

steady....

carefully....

or cr@p!!

In this instance i felt so bad about his poor granddaughters cherished toy that I came clean about it....fortunately he said she wouldnt notice!!  ;D

always say, it lets them know youre honest and they will respect you more, possibly recommend you. if they find out without you telling them, thats when they'll be fuming.

If it's one of those terracotta jobbies which is already frost damaged then no. Everything else - yes.

My best one which I've told before is the "Burmese" planter. One of a pair either side of the front door - lion shaped thingies about 2ft tall and I pull it over and smack - earth and shards everywhere.

Cough up - custy says don't worry, I've got another in the shed. He shuts door and immediately I turn round and smash the other one!!!!!!!!
It's a game of three halves!

You would claim in insurance for a small break like that? Be cheaper to replace it out your own pocket.

One of my lads scratched every panel down the side of a brand new merc with his hose and caused 3 grands worth of damage. It was then that it's worth going through the insurance.
