if you don't get your asking price ill rent that from you.

buying at that price very risky for one property at 5x almost a years work and they could cancel

if it was 100 different customers not much a worry of cancelling but when you have just one it is.

i really dont think you will get 5x for that from any experienced window cleaner
the only person what would pay you 5x i think would be a newbie.
think about renting it its not so bad.... nice little income for you doing nothing

Yeah right dream on guys , if u want a bargain go to poundland , if u want to earn 75 a hour then buy this , these have been cleaned for 4 yrs not 4 months ,
Commercial goes for 10 x value Not domestic rates .

As you Im not a newbie , u want quality work pay for it ,

Would never rent work out , that's for newbies  ;D

Cheers

in theory its worth 10x, but if you get anything more then 3x ill eat my hat its one job anything can happen ... i still think the only person who gives you anything more would be a new starter...

i wouldn't say subbing is for newbies pick a decent person who you have faith in and take a percent for doing nothing... some people spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on property so they can get a return of £1000,00 a month cleaver window cleaners earn that off from subbing a bit of work out.
